Ainsley Hayes
Artworth Camp Manager
Ainsley Hayes is the Artworth 2026 camp manager. She recently graduated from the University of Guelph with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. This fall, Ainsley will begin her Bachelor of Education with the goal of becoming a teacher. She is passionate about education, creativity, and supporting youth in meaningful ways. Ainsley’s family moved to Campbellford four years ago, and she looks forward to building connections, fostering togetherness, and continuing to be part of the amazing Artworth community.
Heidi Schaeffer
Artworth Program Director and Steering Group Leader.
Heidi Schaeffer is one of the original founding members of ArtWorth. She is the principal of Advancing Change Together (ACT), a consulting group focused on participatory processes for community health and wellbeing. Heidi has a Masters of Education in transformative learning and a deep commitment to holistic and interconnected ways of being and knowing that combine nature connection, creativity, empowerment, equity and social change.
Robert Scozzari
Artworth Website Design and Management
Robert Scozzari is the owner of Inspiring Design Co., a Hamilton-based branding and website studio. He works with small to mid-sized organizations to bring clarity to their messaging, visual identity, and online presence. With over 30 years of experience, Robert focuses on practical solutions that support real business needs.
Naomi Merrill
Artworth Assistant Manager
Naomi Merrill is the Artworth 2026 Assistant Camp Manager. Last year Naomi worked with Artworth an assistant camp coordinator. This spring, she will be graduating from CDHS and continuing in post-secondary education, aspiring to become an elementary school teacher in the French stream. Naomi loves making music, being outside, and playing with children and inspiring youth to express themselves and make meaningful connections.

Sarah Brown
Camp Manager and Steering Group Facilitator (On Maternity Leave)
Sarah has been the Artworth camp manager for the last four years. Currently she works in the public school system as an educational assistant. Sarah spent 7 years in college and university studying under the child and youth sector. Supporting children and youth in an environment that encompasses nature and creativity is very important to her. Sarah grew up in Brighton, ON and lives in Roseneath. She has always lived in small towns and recognizes the power that comes from communities coming together. Sarah is a member of the Artworth steering committee.
“I will be on maternity leave this Summer and plan to return to Artworth in 2027.”
